The problem
Budget documents contain figures but do not make relationships among agencies, districts, programmes and items easy to inspect.
Role and responsibility
I analysed the document structure and designed a civic dataset. This is not presented as service on a BMA subcommittee or parliamentary subcommittee.
What I did
I defined record units, checked totals, preserved document locations and placed limitations close to search results.
Verified result
The work produced a 10,948-record master dataset from 78 files, covering 50 district offices and central agencies.
Limits and unfinished work
Draft-ordinance amounts are not disbursement figures, procurement results or evidence of delivered work.
Latest status
Published through Budget Close to Home 2570; the dataset was last checked on 27 July 2026.
